4.  Complete the following information about your case. Your assignment should be in the same basic format.

    A. The full court case citation – ex. Coker v. Georgia, 433 U.S. 584 (1977)  Only the name of the case is italicized.

    D.  Decided by: ______________ Court  (This is the Supreme Court session indicated by the Chief Justice of the Court at the time of decision).

    E.  Question(s): What question did the court ask?

    F.  Conclusion:  Indicate the majority decision split if it was not unanimous, and which Justices were in the Majority and which Dissented.

        Also indicate who wrote the majority opinion, and who wrote a dissenting or concurring opinion.

  G. Explain the circumstances of the case and what the outcome is.  Assume the reader knows nothing about the case. You may need to do additional research on the facts of the case to meet your 750 word minimum.
